    Requirements and scope

    We map the client's needs and the technical framework so everyone shares the same understanding of what the solution must deliver.

    • Data collection: media, capacities, pressure/temperature
    • Functional requirements, standards and regulatory demands
    • Scope, targets and assumptions

    Output: Requirement specification and project basis.

  2. 02

    Technical design (sizing)

    The technical solutions are established to make the installation both robust and efficient in operation.

    • Sizing of pipes, valves and components
    • Flow/pressure/temperature calculations and material selection
    • Technical specifications and calculation notes

    Output: Design basis and calculation basis.

  3. 03

    3D modelling and coordination

    The system is modelled digitally and coordinated with the other trades so clashes and space issues are avoided.

    • Complete 3D model of the installations
    • Clash control against other trades, with service and replacement access in mind
    • Visualisations for approval

    Delivery: IFC and 3D viewer (e.g. Navisworks).

  4. 04

    Documentation for fabrication and installation

    From the coordinated 3D model we produce detailed drawings and documents used directly in the workshop and on site.

    • Fabrication drawings with bills of material, dimensions and weld details
    • Installation drawings with reference points and installation details
    • Revision-controlled files: DWG, PDF, STEP

    Output: Material ready for fabrication and installation.

  5. 05

    Ready for execution

    The documentation is used for prefabrication and installation, so the system can be realised.

    • Basis for prefabrication and installation sequences
    • Quality assurance plans for installation and testing
